Embarking on a 12-Month, 12-Startup Journey: Building 12 Products in 12 Months

I’m excited to share a new chapter in my entrepreneurial journey. Over the next 12 months, I’ll be embarking on a challenging yet exhilarating mission: building 12 startup products in 12 months. Yes, you read that right—one new product every month for a year.

Why This Challenge?

As a consultant and entrepreneur with experience across various industries, I’ve always thrived on pushing boundaries and tackling new challenges. This journey is not just about launching products; it’s about testing ideas, learning rapidly, and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of technology and business.

The Plan

Each month, I’ll be focusing on a different startup idea. The goal is to take each concept from ideation to a functional product within 30 days. Here’s a brief outline of how I plan to approach this:

First, ideation and research will dominate the initial days. I’ll brainstorm and validate ideas using market research, feedback from potential users, and my own insights to ensure each idea has potential.

Next, with a validated idea in hand, I’ll dive into development. Using agile methodologies, I aim to build a minimum viable product (MVP) quickly and efficiently.

By the end of each month, the goal is to launch the product and gather feedback from real users. This feedback will be crucial for iterating and improving the product.
